Common questions
Can I run online classes and events with Labbaik?
Yes. Connect your organisation's own Zoom account with OAuth and Labbaik attaches the right meeting link to each class or event, then shares it with enrolled students, parents and ticket holders automatically.
Can students watch class recordings back?
Yes. Labbaik supports bring-your-own-storage (BYOS) playback: connect your own Google Drive or Dropbox, upload recordings, and students and attendees can watch them back any time from their student portal.
Does Labbaik store my recordings or access my files?
No. Zoom, Google Drive and Dropbox are all connected through OAuth using your own accounts. Recordings stay in your organisation's storage, and Labbaik only ever reads the files your organisation chooses to publish to students.
Which video and storage providers are supported?
Live sessions: Zoom. Recording storage and playback: Google Drive and Dropbox.
Does this cost extra?
No. Online classes, events and recording playback are part of Labbaik's free Safar plan. You bring your own Zoom and cloud storage accounts, so there is nothing extra to pay to Labbaik.
